To provide an adequate service to all customers and users of Baldan products, the company has an After Sales Department, which works directly in the field to meet the needs of customers and users of Baldan products.

Trained staff provides support by phone, field service and parts that are sent for warranty analysis.

Regularly, internal and external training courses are performed with after sales team and customers in both company and dealers.
Baldan products leave the factory with updated warranty certificate.
